The technician they sent over was very pushy. Don’t expect to pay less than $300 for anything lock related. They only accept cash or venmo which on the phone they’ll tell you otherwise. They installed a new lock, The door doesn’t even shut properly. I argued and argued. They Said they would refund me but never did. Ridiculous. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for years. Don’t use these guys.
